Refund policy
Returning Goods & Cancellations
Refunds will be made on all returned ‘sealed’ goods that are within 2 months of their use by dates. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Goods that are deemed by Hotdrinks Ltd to be faulty will be replaced. Orders cancelled before despatch will be refunded in full minus a 5% payment/refund processing charge. If the return is not a fault-related return, return carriage costs remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with our returns policy.
